Where to find it

Settings β†’ Document templates β†’ either edit an existing template or create a new one. In the editor, the Create with AI button (sparkles icon) sits in the top toolbar.

How to use

  1. Click Create with AI β€” a drawer slides in from the right.
  2. Describe the document you want in plain English (e.g. "Casual employment contract for a radiographer β€” include casual loading, weekend rates, and a confidentiality clause.").
  3. Click Generate. OptiPulse drafts the body using Australian English, NES references, and {{merge_tag}} placeholders for fields the company will personalise.
  4. Review the preview. If you don't love it, click Regenerate with a tweaked prompt.
  5. Click Insert into editor to populate the template. If there's existing body content, you'll be asked to confirm before it's replaced.

Tips for better drafts

  • Be specific about the role, employment type (casual/permanent/contractor), and clauses you want.
  • Don't worry about merge tags β€” OptiPulse will insert the common ones ({{first_name}}, {{start_date}}, {{base_rate}}, etc.) automatically.
  • The output is always a starting draft, not a legal document. Have legal review before sending.
