How do I view my schedule?

Where to see your upcoming shifts and how to sync them to your calendar.

Your published shifts appear in three places:

  1. Home dashboard — the Today's shifts and Upcoming shifts cards show today's shifts first, then the next week.
  2. Schedule in the sidebar — the full roster view with week / fortnight / month options.
  3. Your phone calendar — click Link Calendar on the home dashboard to get a personal calendar feed (works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook). Your shifts update automatically when changes are published.

Only published shifts are visible

If a shift you were expecting isn't showing up, your manager may not have published the schedule yet. Check the date selector — you may also be looking at a week that hasn't been rostered.

Notifications

Optiq emails you (and SMS, if enabled) whenever new shifts are published, updated, or removed. Configure these in Settings → Notifications.
