Who can see staff pay rates?

Pay rates and bank details are visible to:

• The staff member themselves — on their own My details → Employment page and on My payslips.
• Payroll Admin permission level — for all staff in the org.
• Super Admin permission level — everyone.

Location Managers can see scheduled hours and leave balances for staff at their location, but not pay rates or bank details. This is enforced by the backend — even if the UI accidentally shows a field, the underlying data is gated.

If you need to give someone limited pay visibility (e.g. accountant who needs reports but not bank details), use the Permissions matrix to customise their permission level. Don't make them Super Admin.
