How do I submit a timesheet?

Step-by-step for recording your hours at the end of a pay period.

Steps

  1. Open Time β†’ My timesheets from the sidebar.
  2. Pick the pay period at the top. The default is the current open period.
  3. Each rostered shift creates a row pre-populated with the rostered start and end times. Adjust them if your actual hours differed.
  4. For unrostered work (e.g. on-call called in), click Add entry and fill in the time, location, and role.
  5. Add a break entry if you took an unpaid break.
  6. Review the total hours at the bottom β€” this is what gets sent for approval.
  7. Click Submit timesheet. Your manager is notified.

If your timesheet is rejected

Your manager will leave a comment explaining what needs to change. Make the changes and resubmit β€” the comment thread is preserved so they can see what you adjusted.

Deadlines

Submission deadlines are set by your payroll admin per pay cycle. You'll see a banner at the top of My timesheets if a deadline is approaching for unsubmitted hours.
