Tracking accreditations and expiries

Set up accreditation types, attach evidence, and get alerts before they expire.

Setting up an accreditation type

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Accreditations and click Add accreditation.
  2. Name it (e.g. AHPRA radiographer registration).
  3. Set the renewal cadence (annually / every 3 years / etc.) and the lead time for expiry alerts (e.g. 30 days).
  4. Pick whether it's required for a role (so adding the role automatically requires this accreditation).

Attaching an accreditation to a staff member

  1. Open the staff profile β†’ Accreditations tab.
  2. Click Add accreditation, pick the type, enter the certificate number and expiry date.
  3. Upload a PDF or photo of the certificate as evidence.

What happens at expiry

Optiq notifies the staff member and their manager at the lead time you configured. Expired accreditations block scheduling for the affected role until renewed.
