From the login page, click Forgot password?. Enter your email; we'll send a reset link valid for 60 minutes.

If you don't get the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If still nothing, ask your Optiq admin to send you a fresh invitation from People β†’ Staff β†’ (your name) β†’ Send reset email.

If you have 2FA enabled and have lost access to your authenticator, contact your Super Admin β€” they can reset 2FA from the staff profile.
